Greg’s Fortinet career started 12 years ago managing the Fortinet product business at distributor Exclusive Networks. Since moving to Fortinet 9 years ago he has been dedicated to growing the MSSP business and he is currently responsible for overseeing the significant growth plans and leadership of the T2/3 MSSP business across EMEA. He has been in the IT industry for nearly over 17 years in a variety of roles across reseller, distributor and vendor. Greg is on a mission to change the way technology vendors support the growth with the managed service provider community by turning the traditional product focus on its head, into a service-led approach using the ‘Service Factory’ methodology and truly believes that Fortinet is leading the way in driving this change.
Hiten is an MSP Partner Manager for the UK&I and MEA territories. Based out of Duo's London office, Hiten has been with Duo for four years, starting his journey as a Technical Support Engineer, supporting customers of all sizes with any technical queries before joining the EMEAR MSP team. Outside of work, Hiten enjoys playing Football, Cricket and is a dab hand at DIY.

Michael is responsible for delivering the award-winning Pax8 partner program to new markets, expanding partner enablement programs globally, and building partnerships throughout the IT community. Under his leadership, Pax8 empowers international partners to achieve success with cloud technology through its advanced marketplace of innovative solutions. In his career spanning over 20 years, Michael has helped vendors, MSPs, and IT solution providers gain a competitive advantage and achieve scalable growth. Before Pax8, he spent time at Datto, helping them become an international market leader. Michael holds a B.A. in Business and is a chartered marketer with the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, traveling to festivals in his VW camper, or enjoying his passion for sport. Neil McLoughlin is Nerdio's UK Field CTO. Neil has been in the IT Industry for over 20 years and has spent most of that time specialising in Desktop Virtualization. Previously he spent around 10 years of his career as a Citrix Consultant working on various large Citrix deployments throughout the UK. Neil’s role at Nerdio spans many different areas. Neil is responsible for assisting sales activities in the UK, assisting customers with any technical issues, and delivering customer success packages. He also helps on the support side when required, and also contributes to marketing by writing various articles, as well as presenting at various conferences throughout the world on Azure Virtual Desktop and Nerdio. Neil is also big on community and runs the UK AVD User Group and is also a Microsoft MVP. He currently lives in Manchester, England and is married with two children.
